Your Role as a Customer Advisor As a Customer Support Specialist, your mission is to solve problems, build trust, and make every interaction count. You'll be the face (or voice!) of the brand delivering support that feels personal, helpful, and human. ️ Assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat Troubleshoot problems using tools, training,
