Overview As Regional MSP Partner Technical Manager you drive MSP enablement and technical excellence for Splunk-based managed services. You collaborate with MSPs to validate architectures, design observability-led offerings, and optimize cost structures across on-premises and cloud environments. You’ll co-develop solutions that blend Splunk ITSI with Splunk Observability or AppDynamics and lead a regional technical community.
This role centers on partner success, scalable deployments, and cross-functional collaboration within Cisco and Splunk ecosystems.

Responsabilità
- Lead MSP onboarding, including architecture validation and operational model design
- Review and optimize Splunk architectures for performance across on-prem and cloud
- Develop observability-focused MSP offerings combining ITSI with Splunk Observability or AppDynamics
- Advise on cost-optimized architectures to support packaging and automation of MSP services
- Oversee architectural assessments with Splunk Professional Services for continuous improvement
- Build regional technical community through roundtables and knowledge sessions
- Deliver targeted enablement to close MSP capability gaps and raise engineering maturity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with Splunk and Cisco architectures, frameworks, and go-to-market motions
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years working with MSPs in technical roles (pre-sales, solution architecture, enablement, or delivery)
- Experience deploying/configuring Splunk Cloud and Splunk Enterprise
- Experience implementing Splunk ITSI and Splunk Observability or AppDynamics
- Experience MSP operations including onboarding and architecture validation
