Office is inviting applications for the following position: Marketing Assistant We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.

Support Marketing

Managers in the promotion and development of assigned industry sectors and related projects.

Assist Marketing

Managers in the organisation and coordination of HKTDC participation in selected Italian trade fairs, business events, seminars, promotional activities and other marketing initiatives. Support the promotion of HKTDC trade fairs and business platforms in Hong Kong, including exhibitor, buyer and visitor recruitment activities. Assist in developing and maintaining contacts with Italian companies, associations, institutions and other relevant business partners.

Support the implementation of marketing, promotional and outreach activities. Maintain and regularly update project status charts, activity summaries, databases and other internal reporting tools relating to Milan Office projects.



Support colleagues in marketing-related projects and other Office initiatives.

Assist the Marketing and Administrative Manager with vendor invoice and payment processing, record keeping and other related administrative procedures. Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, Communications or a related discipline. A minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience in marketing, event management, business promotion, PR or related fields.

Good command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin will be considered an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Good organisational skills and ability to manage different projects and priorities.

Interest in international trade, business promotion and working across different industry sectors will be considered an advantage.
