Overview In this leadership role you build and lead a high-performing commercial team to win the North East Italian market for Glovo. You own the P&L; and steer strategic and commercial direction for the region, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive growth. You will engage top partners in the field, shape long-term growth, promotions, advertising, and operations, and leverage analytics to unlock opportunities.

and opportunity identification Monitor performance and drive data-driven decisions to improve the region's results Manage P&L; ownership for the North East Italy region Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategy and execution Represent Glovo in the field to secure high-value enterprise accounts Requisiti fondamentali ~2+ years of direct experience managing commercial or account management teams ~ Experience in fast-paced tech platforms, quick-commerce, or delivery apps ~ Strong field experience in pitching and negotiating with enterprise accounts ~ Fluency in Italian and English ~ Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and identify leverage points ~ Hands-on, autonomous worker who thrives in ambiguity and takes accountability ~ bias for action ~ high ambition ~ empathy and low ego ~ data-driven decision making ~ KPIs tracking ~ P&L; management
