Overview In this role you help clients define strategy and design, then implement blockchain-based services and digital asset solutions. You will work with financial institutions, corporates, and fintech, bridging business and technology to deliver high-impact programs. You'll lead project teams, track industry trends, and support business development while shaping blockchain and digital assets initiatives. This is a growth-focused role at the forefront of blockchain-enabled ecosystems.

Responsabilità Support end-to-end blockchain initiatives from strategy to implementation Translate complex tech concepts into business implications for executives Lead project teams and coordinate activities for timely delivery Monitor trends in the blockchain and digital assets space Contribute to business development through proposals and thought leadership Support growth of the Blockchain & Digital Assets practice Requisiti fondamentali ~5–8+ years in the digital assets industry ~ Strong understanding of blockchain and digital assets ecosystem ~ Ability to bridge business and technology perspectives ~ Project management and client engagement experience in consulting/advisory ~ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structuring capabilities ~ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management ~ Excellent command of English (written and spoken) ~ communication and presentation ~ stakeholder management ~ analytical thinking ~ blockchain concepts understanding ~ digital assets knowledge ~ ability to translate tech to business implications
