Job Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and oversee daily maintenance activities and operations.
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, machinery, and facilities.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and coordinate work assignments.
- Monitor equipment performance and arrange repairs when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company procedures.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, tools, and inventory.
- Maintain maintenance records and prepare operational reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize equipment downtime and improve efficiency.

Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role.




- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Good communication skills and the ability to manage a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and maintenance reporting.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
