Customer Service Representative (Temp, Tempo parziale) Remote, Canada LodgeLink is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Experience Team. Reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Experience, this is a remote, work-from-home position based in Calgary, Alberta, with occasional travel to our Calgary head office for training, team events, and special meetings. This is a contract opportunity offering a starting wage of $17–$19 per hour, depending on experience. Availability Requirements Selected candidates must be available to attend a mandatory two-week training program from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. MT. Following training, shifts will be scheduled on weekdays, evenings and weekends. While we provide advance schedules and strive to accommodate team members' preferences,



availability during these hours is essential to support business needs. About You You are a customer-focused problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and remain calm under pressure while delivering exceptional service. You are adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating positive customer experiences. Experience in a contact centre, hospitality, travel, or accommodation-related environment is highly valued.
