As POS Material Logistic Specialist, you will oversee end-to-end logistics for Point of Sale materials, ensuring availability and accurate data flow across systems and stock. You will work cross-functionally to align master data, inventory, orders, warehousing and transportation, driving timely delivery and cost control. Responsabilità Manage POS material master data accuracy and updates across systems
Coordinate delivery calendars, depots and lead times for availability
Oversee end-to-end order process from intake to delivery
Monitor inventory levels, stock movements and reconcile discrepancies
Reconcile SAP inventory with physical stock and resolve differences
Plan and coordinate deliveries and transportation considering constraints and priorities
Manage delivery execution information flows and confirmations
Handle MERRIF-related activities and support cost calculations
Prepare, validate and reconcile pre-invoicing data
Support compliance with company quality standards across warehouses
Requisiti fondamentali Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
Experience or knowledge of SAP, inventory management, order management or logistics processes
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple activities and collaborate with stakeholders
