Overview As Legal Counsel, you will draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements and support corporate governance in a leading transport group. You will contribute to strategic projects, extraordinary transactions and M&A; initiatives, acting as a trusted partner to management. The role involves mitigating contractual risk and providing guidance across the business while liaising in Italian and English.

You will work from Milan, collaborating with a small legal team to influence at all levels and deliver practical legal solutions. This is an opportunity to shape governance and growth in a dynamic, regulated sector.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- 65.000 gross annual salary

Responsabilità

- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (supply, service, IT, strategic partnerships)
- Support corporate governance activities
- Contribute to strategic projects, extraordinary transactions and M&A; initiatives
- Manage contractual risk allocation, liability limitations, indemnities,



and termination mechanisms
- Provide timely, practical legal advice across the business and stakeholders
- Support cross-functional collaboration and negotiations at all levels

Requisiti fondamentali

- Italian qualified lawyer, admitted to the Bar
- PQE 4–5 years
- Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Good corporate (M&A;) legal experience
- Familiarity with public transport regulations, public procurement and concessions (plus)
- Proven negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent written and spoken Italian and English
- Ability to manage a demanding workload and work as a team player
