You will coordinate account activities, analyze performance metrics, and provide data‑driven recommendations that move the needle for both your accounts and their end customers.

You will work backward from your accounts' needs, applying best practices and playbooks to ensure timely delivery of projects while continuously looking for ways to improve processes and tools. Own and drive executive‑level relationships with stakeholders across partner organizations Lead complex contract negotiations, including commercial terms and service level agreements Conduct market analysis and forecasting to shape strategic decisions Drive network development/roll‑out, maintain and optimize current operations, conduct performance reviews, and manage contract renewals Work cross‑functionally with internal teams (Tech Ops/Installation, Accounting, Marketing, Business Planning, Legal, Product Management) Lead business expansion, route‑to‑market strategies, and new product/service launches Ensure best‑in‑class customer experience across all Pickup locations Amazon Pickup & Return Points (PARP)

The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full‑time basis. For part‑time hours, the salary will be pro‑rated. Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher salary and/or level, depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience.
