In this role, you lead the enterprise functional architecture for ABB, aligning business strategy with functional capabilities across domains such as Finance, HR, and Legal & Integrity. You provide architecture guidance at scale, balancing global coherence with local needs while avoiding fragmentation. You will drive architecture-led transformations and establish guardrails, reference architectures, and governance to sustain long-term business and technology outcomes.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional position that shapes how the enterprise operates and evolves. ~ Define and maintain the enterprise functional architecture vision and target state ~ Translate business strategy into capability-based architectures for functions ~ Ensure consistent interpretation of enterprise principles across domains ~ Guide evolution of core business systems in line with enterprise strategy ~ Maintain architectural coherence across domains, platforms,
