Key Account Manager for their team in
Milan . This is a field-based position offering the opportunity to take ownership of strategically important accounts, drive commercial growth, and build long-term partnerships across the aesthetics market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sales targets, expanding key customer relationships, developing strategic account plans, and driving the growth of an established injectables portfolio. This is a senior client-facing role requiring strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management skills, and experience within the aesthetics sector.
Key aspects of the role include:
Manage a portfolio of strategic and high-value accounts, developing long-term growth and retention plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic owners, senior clinicians, KOLs, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders.
Deliver revenue, profitability, and account growth targets across the assigned territory.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts through cross-selling and portfolio expansion.
Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and account development initiatives.
Analyse market trends, customer performance,
and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Medical, Training, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to maximise account performance.
Support product launches, customer education programmes, workshops, and training activities.
Represent the business at industry events, congresses, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
Maintain accurate CRM records, account plans, sales forecasts, and opportunity pipelines.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Minimum 3 years' experience in Key Account Management within the aesthetics, injectables, dermal fillers, dermatology, cosmetics or medical aesthetics sector.
Minimum 2 years' B2B field sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the medical aesthetics and injectables market with an established industry network.
Experience managing strategic customer relationships, key accounts, and complex commercial opportunities.
Proven experience in commercial negotiations, contract management, and pricing strategy.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems, account planning, pipeline management, and business development methodologies.
Good understanding of customer profitability, commercial performance, and P&L; fundamentals. xrdztoy
