Overview In this role you will manage and grow a portfolio of strategic FMCG customers within the Transportation Business Unit. You combine strategic account management with a strong business development focus to drive growth and profitability. You will lead negotiations, monitor performance, and collaborate across Operations, Planning, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure outstanding service.

Responsabilità
- Manage and grow relationships with strategic customers as their primary commercial partner
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and via new customer acquisition
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, tenders, and proposal development
- Monitor operational and financial performance to meet customer expectations
- Analyze customer KPIs and drive continuous performance improvements
- Partner with Operations, Planning, Customer Service,
and Finance to ensure excellent service delivery
- Act as trusted advisor to customers and contribute to growth and profitability of the Transportation BU
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related field
- Postgraduate qualification in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is a strong plus
- Proven experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Commercial Management in transportation, logistics, or supply chain
- Solid commercial acumen and experience managing large, complex customer portfolios
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
