We’re looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Sales team in Beinasco. You will own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, especially in the filed of AGVs, while identifying new opportunities and driving profitable, long‑term partnerships.
Your Tasks
- Own and grow key accounts: Independently manage and develop your customer portfolio according to the agreed account plan with your Senior Manager and Head of Sales.
- Win new business: Identify and qualify new opportunities with existing and new customers and/or sales channels.
- Build winning offers: Gather inputs, coordinate with operations on AGV scope, and prepare compelling proposals/quotations.
- Negotiate to close: Lead negotiations end‑to‑end in line with our commercial processes, tools, and governance.
- Expand modernization & service: Analyze and acquire projects in upgrades, retrofits,
and lifecycle services.
- Collaborate across Dürr: Work closely with the Dürr Group sales network to deliver a coherent customer strategy.
- Report with clarity: Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activity reporting (incl. regular management updates)
Your Skills
- Degree in business/economics or engineering (e.g., Mechanical Engineering) or a comparable qualification.
- Proven sales experience in the automotive environment; knowledge of AGVS and/or production/plant engineering is a plus.
- Strong sales talent, enthusiasm for automotive technology and a customer-winning personality.
- Fluent knowledge of written and spoken business English. German will be considered a plus.
- Willingness to travel (domestic and international).
Gross Annual Salary (RAL): From 65.000 to 75.000 euros
