Overview In this role you will support planning and financial control activities within the Planning & Control Team in Rome. You’ll help shape three-year plans, Profit Plans, and local reporting, collaborating with leadership to drive accurate, data-driven decisions. You will work on reports for Function, Area and Business Unit committees and contribute to AI and BI tool deployment in Finance.

Responsabilità

- Support preparation of three-year plans and monitoring
- Assist in financial planning and Profit Plan definition




- Prepare detailed reports for committees and management
- Assist in analysis of engagements and inventory
- Produce monthly reports with variances and KPIs
- Support local reporting development
- Assist in implementing AI and BI tools in Finance

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in Economics, Statistics or a related field
- Strong interest in technological innovation and digitalisation of processes
- Excellent command of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
- Good English at upper-intermediate level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
