Overview
As Finance Project Control, you will support controllership and financial reporting for assigned projects within Baker Hughes. You will ensure project accounting aligns with guidelines, including milestone definitions and revenue recognition coordination. You will lead financial reviews across the contract lifecycle, analyze performance, and propose actions to improve profitability, cash flow, and risk mitigation. You will identify process improvements within Finance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive effective project execution and performance. Responsabilità Manage controllership and financial reporting for assigned projects per internal controls
Coordinate milestone definitions and revenue recognition with accounting




Lead project financial reviews across the contract lifecycle
Analyze project execution performance and recommend actions to improve profitability, cash flow, and risk mitigation
Identify opportunities to enhance processes, methodologies, and ways of working within Finance
Collaborate with stakeholders to support project execution and financial performance
Contribute as an active project team member supporting business objectives and continuous improvement
Requisiti fondamentali Bachelor in Finance
Fluent in English and Italian
Strong verbal and written communication
Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities
