and optimizing cloud environments Develop relationships with customer IT teams, architects, engineers, and decision-makers Maintain vendor certifications and stay current on technologies Identify opportunities to expand cloud, security, infrastructure, and managed services Participate in industry events, partner meetings, and technology conferences Experience in cloud technologies, cloud architecture, or related IT environments Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, SaaS solutions, infrastructure, or cybersecurity technologies Experience delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, webinars, or PoCs Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills Passion for learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends Experience working with channel partners, resellers, or technology vendors (advantage) A degree or educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field Professional fluency in Italian and English Customer-facing and stakeholder management Cloud technologies Azure AWS
