In this role, you will provide essential troubleshooting support and ensure clients have a seamless experience with their IT services. Providing technical support and resolving client issues with IT products.
Troubleshooting system performance, configurations, and software usage. Documenting solutions and collaborating with internal teams when necessary. The position includes training on Microsoft products to ensure you are fully equipped for the role.
