Overview In this role you will shape end-to-end solution designs for Service Business Solutions, collaborating with technical and enterprise architects to align business goals with technology capabilities. You will translate complex requirements into fit-for-purpose designs, assess architectures and integrations, and drive innovation through PoC initiatives. You'll bridge business stakeholders and IT, guiding delivery decisions and maintaining the future-state blueprint.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership opportunity in a large enterprise setting.

Responsabilità
- Define and evolve end-to-end solution and platform strategy with architects
- Translate business demands into solution designs and assess architectural and integration implications
- Lead solution design and option assessments across Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, MuleSoft, AI-based solutions, and cloud-native architectures
- Identify new tools and technologies to meet service IT needs
- Evaluate supplier proposals and delivery approaches, supporting commercial decisions




- Own the overall solution architecture and integration blueprint for Business Process Solutions
- Review supplier deliverables against requirements and provide feedback
- Contribute to PoC initiatives and validate new concepts with hands-on collaboration
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT, leveraging integration knowledge and stakeholder management

Requisiti fondamentali
- 10+ years of experience in solution, application, or platform architecture in large enterprises
- Strong business process knowledge in multiple areas (e.g., Installed Base Management, Field Service Management, Asset Performance Management, Tools Management, Customer Portal, Sites Management)
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, MuleSoft, and cloud-based integrations
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, API-led architectures, and event-driven solutions
- Experience leading or influencing technical teams; 5+ years in development with solution ownership readiness
- Solid technical foundation (e.g., .NET/C#, SQL, JavaScript), CI/CD and DevOps tooling (Azure DevOps)
