Drive Your Future
You will join the HQ Marketing Research & Insights Team, that is responsible for generating valuable and actionable insights to understand market context and support product design and plan go-to-market initiatives.
In this role, you will support the team in analyzing market dynamics, as well as consumer and trade behavior, contributing to the development of strategic marketing insights. You will assist in the set-up of research activities, data analysis, and reporting, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (e.g.
different marketing teams and local markets teams).
This internship offers a great opportunity to develop analytical skills and gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic and international environment.
What You Will Learn
- Contribute to the design and development of market research projects (both qualitative and quantitative), across consumer and trade areas.
- Analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and purchase patterns to generate insights for marketing activities.
- Monitor trade recommendations and satisfaction levels, helping to provide insights for sales and trade marketing initiatives.
- Evaluate brand and product perception versus competitors through consumer feedback and reviews.
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovative methodologies, and emerging research tools, sharing key learnings with the team.
What We Are Looking For
- Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, Management Engineering, or related fields.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive and curious approach.
- Analytical capabilities and problem‑solving attitude.
- Strong synthesis and communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to operate in complex organizational contexts.
