Overview In this role you partner with site leadership to deliver an exceptional employee experience and maintain organizational health. You balance hands-on presence with strategic insight, using data and HR technology to inform decisions and mitigate risk. This role offers influence over people strategies at scale within a dynamic Amazon facility environment.

Maintain a strong on-site presence and proactively identify concerns before escalation Lead strategic community initiatives with Public Policy and Public Relations Establish early warning risk systems using data insights for high-judgment decisions Execute core PXT processes with audits to ensure compliance Lead analytics and AI-enabled initiatives to uncover trends and improve employee experience Drive adoption of HR tech and self-service tools while preserving high-touch support for sensitive matters Coach leaders on performance management and people development Support change initiatives and translate change into local routines Contribute to staffing,



succession planning, and talent evaluations within PXT Participate in performance management and recognition practices across the team Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field Knowledge of local labor law Experience as a human resources generalist Experience with HR theory, functions and practice, performance appraisal systems and staff development Experience supporting hourly employee client group Experience with MS Office and HR Information Systems Master's degree in Human Resources Management (preferred) Experience assessing management and executive talent (preferred) Experience developing HR compensation plans (preferred) Experience in HR for companies with 250–500+ associates (preferred) HR analytics and data visualization AI-enabled analytics for workforce insights HR technology adoption and self-service tools
