Overview In this role you support site-level organizational health and operational excellence, partnering with field leaders to translate priorities into actionable plans. You drive employee experience and culture, using data-driven decisions to improve engagement, safety, and inclusion across multiple sites. You work onsite at Amazon facilities, collaborating with campus leaders to deliver measurable business results.
This position combines strategic influence with hands-on execution to shape a trusted, high-performing workplace.
Responsabilità
- Foster two-way communication through feedback channels (Voice of the Associate, roundtables, GEMBA walks) and manage engagement strategies and recognition programs
- Maintain a safe, inclusive environment and support Employee Resource Groups; ensure equitable talent practices
- Conduct site walks to assess conditions and uphold facility standards per Amazon guidelines; partner on safety programs
- Lead community initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams (Public Policy, Public Relations) to enhance site impact
- Use data analytics to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and implement proactive HR solutions
- Drive adoption of HR technologies and self-service tools while preserving high-touch support during critical moments
- Coach site leadership on people management, performance feedback, team development, and employee relations
- Execute core PXT processes and strengthen trust and influence through business acumen
- Support change management by reinforcing messaging and translating change into local routines
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Italian (verbal and written)
- Experience in human resources or related fields (operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing)
- Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, talent management)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Coaching and influencing abilities
- Partnership-building with business leaders
