Overview In this role you will build and grow relationships with top restaurant partners, acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success. You’ll use data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to optimize partnerships and maximize business impact. You’ll own onboarding and drive revenue through strategic promotions and menu optimization. This is a hands-on, growth-centric role that shapes partner success and Glovo’s delivery ecosystem.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners Understand partners' goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance Analyze data to drive operational excellence, growth, and profitability Drive revenue growth through smart promotions, marketing activations,

and menu optimization Own partner revenue performance and measure growth impact Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service to tailor solutions Lead the partner onboarding process from store setup to first days on Glovo, focusing on operations, marketing, and sales

Requisiti fondamentali

2+ years of experience in high-performance account management or business consultancy Experience in FMCG, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery preferred Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related field (plus) Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs Problem solving and data-driven with an analytical approach Highly organized, proactive with strong time management and prioritization Good knowledge of Google Suite; Salesforce is a plus Native level Italian and proficiency in English relationship management proactive communication data-driven mindset problem solving Google Suite Salesforce (plus)
