Overview In this role you will shape and execute the global IT strategy to support the company's growth in the Industrial sector. You will lead cross-location IT teams, ensure secure and reliable infrastructure, and collaborate with business units to implement technology solutions. You'll manage IT budgets, drive cost-effectiveness, and stay ahead with emerging technologies while ensuring regulatory compliance.

This is a hands-on leadership role with a global scope and meaningful impact on the company's evolution.

Responsabilità Develop and implement the organisation's global IT strategy to support business goals Oversee management and optimisation of IT infrastructure and systems Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data Lead and manage IT teams across multiple locations Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective technology investments Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where relevant Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all IT practices Requisiti fondamentali Proven experience in managing IT operations within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security measures Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Fluency in English and Italian Educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field leadership problem-solving decision-making IT infrastructure IT systems IT security
