You'll operate as a trusted advisor to a truly global customer, driving a major digital transformation program and partnering across Salesforce and the customer's senior leadership to turn strategic priorities into measurable business value. /p /brh3Your Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliOwn the account strategy and major digital transformation roll-out for a multinational Insurance group headquartered in Italy, aligning the plan to the customer's board-level priorities /li /brliEngage C-level decision makers through value-based selling, business case development, and ROI analysis to identify and position new business opportunities /li /brliCoordinate a global, matrix-organized virtual team — Sales Engineers, Sales Specialists, Marketing, Business Development, Professional Services, Partners, and Global Systems Integrators (GSIs)



— to deliver the contracted technical and business solution /li /brliAccurately forecast revenue and consistently achieve quota targets /li /br /ul /brh3You're Our Person If... /h3 /brul /brliYou have 8+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales experience selling to C-level executives at large enterprise or global accounts /li /brliYou have experience leading virtual or matrixed teams to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals /li /brliYou have a track record of managing global or multinational account relationships, including cross-border stakeholder coordination /li /brliYou have direct experience building and presenting business cases and ROI analyses to senior executives /li /br /ul /brh3Even Better If... /h3 /brul /brliYou have experience selling within the FSI industry /li /brliYou've supported or led a digital transformation initiative at an enterprise account /li /brliYou've mentored or coached junior Account Executives /li /brliYou have experience partnering with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) on joint delivery plans /li /br /ul
