The Role

As a Financial Controller, you will report directly to the Division Controller and be an integral part of the Controlling team. You will support a broad range of financial and controlling activities across the Division, working in an international and global environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales analysis
- Opex monthly review
- Production cost analysis
- Variance analysis
- Cost analysis and monthly forecast
- Support to the Divisional Controller for budget and forecasting activities
- Monthly P&L; and BS closing and internal reporting
- CAPEX monitoring
- Monitoring of Account receivable
- Data analysis for performance review




- Economical and financial KPI monitoring
- Ensure compliance with company standards for quality, health, safety and environment

Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Economics or Management Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in a controlling or finance role, or in a Big 4 audit firm
- Good knowledge of Italian GAAP (OIC) and IFRS
- Fluent Italian and fluent English (written and spoken): you will report to and work with international colleagues and stakeholders on a daily basis
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail xysqume
- Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with ERP and reporting systems
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach
- Availability for occasional travel to company locations

What We Offer
- Salary range of €38,000 – €42,000 gross per year, depending on experience
- A role with real visibility, working directly with global finance leadership
