Saipem is seeking a Field HSE Manager for the ENCAR BL within the Sannazzaro de Burgondi project. You will lead a team of HSE Coordinators and Advisors, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with company requirements across the project lifecycle.
The role requires a Master's or Bachelor's in Engineering or Science, 7+ years in HSE roles (2+ as HSE Manager) in Oil & Gas, Italian and English fluency, and mandatory RSPP training with RCA/IOGP or NEBOSH certifications.
