EMEA Commercial Finance Operations Continuous Improvement Leader

Overview In this role, you will drive continuous improvement across CFOps to simplify, standardize, and automate finance processes. You'll act as the change engine, removing inefficiencies and enabling scalable, cadence-safe close, forecasting, RevRec, and project finance activities. You'll join a mission-driven, inclusive company delivering impactful energy management solutions.

system-based solutions Build Continuous Improvement capability by establishing Lean practices, coaching teams, and creating a repeatable improvement pipeline Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field ~7–10+ years in finance operations, accounting, or FP&A; with hands-on process improvement delivery ~ Proven experience applying Lean / Six Sigma to financial processes in complex, multi-country setups ~ Hands-on experience improving financial close, forecasting, or accounting-adjacent processes ~ Understanding of finance systems and data flows (SAP-based environments) to enable automation ~ Ability to translate process improvements into system and control-compliant solutions ~ Structured, data-driven problem-solving mindset ~ coaching and mentoring teams ~ Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies ~ Finance systems and data flows (SAP-based environments)
