For the expansion of our internal team, we are looking for a:
Specialist, Litigation Cross Border
Purpose of the role:
We are seeking a qualified Lawyer to supervise credit recovery in European countries and to manage contractual activities.
Key responsibility:
The resource will have to deal with coordination and supervision of the credit recovery activity carried out by external lawyers, drafting contractual documents in English (banking, commercial, supply of goods/services or other), drafting internal reports, legal notes, and legal opinions.
Requirements:
- Admitted to the bar.
- Minimum of 2-3 years post-graduation of relevant experience in Legal contract and litigation matters gained within international firms or banking and financial services sector.
- Fluency in English is mandatory (written and spoken). Knowledge of French would be preferrable.
- Experience in drafting judicial pleadings,
contracts, legal documents.
- Experience in managing judicial and litigation-related activities.
- Proficient in the use of IT systems, legal management tools and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel .
- High level of accuracy, sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and aptitude for problem-solving.
- Motivation to work in a multicultural and challenging environment.
- Strong team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively, follow direction, align with team objectives and operate effectively within a structured environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior management and external legal advisors.
