In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications within an agile team. You’ll write clean code, participate in code reviews, and help ensure performance and quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship features, and stay current with new technologies. The opportunity centers on delivering robust software while applying best practices and continuous improvement to impact product quality and delivery speed.
Responsabilità Provide technical guidance, define and implement coding standards
Develop and mentor team members to boost technical capability and productivity
Ensure process compliance within the module and participate in feasibility discussions
Prepare status reports to minimize risk and escalate issues
Design, develop, test,



and maintain Java-based applications
