You partner with investigative sites, sponsors, legal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to meet contracts and timelines. You mitigate risk, resolve contractual issues, and drive timely site activation. Responsabilità Negotiate clinical trial contracts with research sites to ensure timely, compliant, and quality agreements
Manage contract changes and additional agreements balancing business needs with regulatory requirements
Support contract planning and start-up activities for assigned sponsors, studies, and programs
Develop investigator grants, site budgets, contracting plans, and proposal documents
Prepare and negotiate contract terms,
