In this role you drive end-to-end rail digitalization programs, aligning operations with data-driven solutions. Responsabilità Lead end-to-end delivery of rail digitalization initiatives (asset management, maintenance optimization, smart operations, fleet management, condition monitoring)
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder rail projects with operators, infrastructure managers, engineering teams and technology providers
Serve as primary customer-facing interface for governance, reporting, steering committees, and workshops
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across consulting, engineering, software, systems integration, testing, and operations
Drive planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, issue resolution, change control, and dependency management
Support digital transformation programs across railway operations (maintenance, fleet, depot, signaling, asset performance)
Collaborate with stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps, business cases, and adoption strategies
Ensure delivery of cloud, data, AI, IoT, and enterprise applications within railway environments
Support commercial discussions, SOWs, contract execution, and growth opportunities
Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, reporting, and delivery controls for transparency and quality
Ensure compliance with railway standards, cybersecurity, and organizational processes
Demonstrate leadership, communication, and stakeholder management in multinational settings
Requisiti fondamentali 10+ years of project and program management experience in the railway industry
Strong focus on digital transformation, operational excellence, and technology-enabled change
Experience leading end-to-end delivery of complex rail initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Customer-facing governance, reporting, and steering committee experience
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across business consulting, engineering, software, and operations
Proven budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and change control capabilities
Knowledge of cloud, data, analytics, and IoT within railway contexts
Experience with commercial activities including SOWs and contracts
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in multinational environments
Knowledge of railway standards and cybersecurity principles
