People with passion and desire to disrupt the status quo, push boundaries and drive innovation - whilst unlocking your own potential. /ppWorking at ST means innovating for a future that we want to make smarter, greener, in a responsible and sustainable way. /ppOur technology starts with you. ph3YOUR ROLE /h3pCollaborate with HR Analytics team to create an HR reporting and projection tool in order to support better HR events analysis, decision making and forecasting, through: /pulliDesign data flows according to business and HR reporting requirements; /liliImplement data ingestion pipelines to import data from different sources; /liliImplement data transformation workflows to ensure data quality, to normalize and standardize data,
to aggregate it; /liliDevelop complex data analysis to transform data into actionable insights; /liliDevelop customized visualizations using PowerBI according to HR and business requests; /liliPerform data analysis on specific topics; /liliImplement data validation processes, uphold data quality control standards, devise testing strategies, and formulate test plans; /liliCollect requirements from different stakeholders coming from ST locations worldwide; /li /ulh3YOUR SKILLS EXPERIENCE /h3ulliStatistics Advanced data analysis /liliDashboarding and data visualization /liliStakeholder management /liliPowerBi, Tableau or other visualization tool /liliProgramming languages a plus (Python, R, SQL) /li /ulpST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
