Overview In this role you own and grow the SAP ECS client relationship, acting as the client voice within SAP and the escalation point for ECS engagements. You are fully accountable for service delivery and alignment across SAP services, product support, partners, and customer systems integrators. You actively promote ECS offerings, drive cloud transformation with S/4HANA adoption, and focus on sustainable account management to expand ECS footprint.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships for SAP ECS; Ensure seamless alignment across SAP Services, Product Support, ECS Partners, and customer SI/Hosting Partners Own ECS engagement delivery, including project governance, risk management,
and profitability Identify and realize service improvements and upsell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Lead cloud transformation efforts focusing on S/4HANA adoption and cloud standardization Plan and manage engagement lifecycle: onboarding, transition, stabilization, operations, off-boarding Prepare strategic planning workshops towards S/4HANA transformation; drive ECS Innovation agenda Maintain client intimacy with C-Executives and stakeholders; spend up to 20% onsite 5-7 years experience in SAP Basis domain ~2-3 years customer-facing experience ~ Knowledge of SAP products and services (RISE, S/4HANA, BTP, HANA, SaaS) ~ Hands-on upgrades, OS/DB migration experience; cloud experience preferred ~ Strong English communication skills customer focus SAP Basis S/4HANA
