Overview In this role you own and grow the SAP ECS client relationship, acting as the client voice within SAP and the escalation point for ECS engagements. You are fully accountable for service delivery and alignment across SAP services, product support, partners, and customer systems integrators. You actively promote ECS offerings, drive cloud transformation with S/4 HANA adoption, and focus on sustainable account management to expand ECS footprint.

Responsabilità

Develop and maintain strong client relationships for SAP ECS; act as escalation point and primary liaison Ensure seamless alignment across SAP Services, Product Support, ECS Partners, and customer SI/Hosting Partners Own ECS engagement delivery, including project governance, risk management,



and profitability Identify and realize service improvements and upsell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Lead cloud transformation efforts focusing on S/4 HANA adoption and cloud standardization Plan and manage engagement lifecycle: onboarding, transition, stabilization, operations, off-boarding Prepare strategic planning workshops towards S/4 HANA transformation; drive ECS Innovation agenda Maintain client intimacy with C-Executives and stakeholders; track growth and upsell across engagement Support pre-sales activities with field insights when needed; spend up to 20% onsite Requisiti fondamentali 5-7 years experience in SAP Basis domain 2-3 years customer-facing experience Knowledge of SAP products and services (RISE, S/4 HANA, BTP, HANA, Saa S) Hands-on upgrades, OS/DB migration experience; cloud experience preferred Strong English communication skills communication stakeholder management customer focus SAP Basis S/4 HANA BTP
