Partners as a Community Direct Support Professional (DSP) and help individuals with disabilities live their best lives at home and out in the community. We’re seeking energetic, compassionate, and motivated team members who want meaningful work with full‑time or part‑time opportunities and no mandatory overtime. As a Community DSP, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals to reach their personal goals while enjoying independence and inclusion in their community. Follow each person’s support plan to help them work toward their personal goals Help with everyday tasks like personal care, meals, and daily routines when needed Make sure the people we support are safe, healthy, and comfortable at all times Drive and go along with individuals to appointments, activities,
