pbDivision: Piloda Group – All Business Unitsbr/Location: Naples, Italybr/Contract: Permanent /b /ppPiloda Group, an Italian holding operating in construction, shipbuilding, and yachting, is seeking a Chief People Officer to lead and transform the Group’s People Culture function across all business units. /ppReporting directly to General Management, the CPO will define and implement a modern, integrated, and data-driven People Strategy, driving organizational growth, performance, and cross-unit integration. /ph3The Role /h3pThe Chief People Officer will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Group’s entire People Culture function, acting as a business partner and actively contributing to executive decision-making. /ppThis role requires strategic vision, strong leadership, governance skills across HR processes, and a data-driven approach, in a growing multi-sector industrial context. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the Group’s People Culture strategy and organizational design /liliOversee performance management, KPI systems, and talent development /liliDesign compensation, incentive,
