Overview As Regional Distribution Channel Manager, you drive growth by strengthening distributor performance across Waters Applied Markets lines, including VICAM and ERA. You’ll build strategic distributor plans and partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate revenue, improve forecast visibility, and expand market coverage. You serve as the primary commercial liaison, ensuring consistent strategy execution and a superior customer experience.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on partner development to shape market outcomes.

Responsabilità

- Develop and execute strategic distributor business plans aligned with regional growth objectives
- Strengthen distributor partnerships to drive revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction
- Manage distributor performance through forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial execution
- Oversee strategic direct accounts within the regional channel strategy while minimizing channel conflict
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and market growth initiatives
- Coordinate product,



commercial, and application training to build distributor capabilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement commercial initiatives and enhance customer experience
- Gather and communicate market intelligence (competitive activity, customer feedback, industry trends, regulatory developments) to support strategy and portfolio growth

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
- Proven channel management and distributor management experience
- Experience in technical B2B sales and multi-country/regional indirect sales
- Ability to coordinate training and work with cross-functional teams
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial execution experience
