Responsibilities:
* SupportingtheGlobalCommodityManagerandcoordinatingwithbuyersofone'sUnit,todefinethestrategyfor procuringMaterial&PermanentSystemsgoods;
* SupportingandbeinginchargefortheoverallSourcingProcessincludingDefiningtheSupplierListintheVendorList, preparingtherequestforproposaltosend tosuppliers,andmanagingcommercialandcontractual negotiationactivitieswiththeidentifiedsuppliers,to pursuethefollowingtargets:inexpensiveness, synergy,qualitativeexcellenceandleadtimeoptimization;
* ContributingtotheCompanyandProcurementCommodityteamobjectives;
* EnsurecompliancewithGlobalSupplyChainandCompanyPolicies;
* Analyzing,comparingandassessingtheoffersreceivedbysuppliers,alsoguaranteeingthattheyaretechnicallycheckedbyrequestingCorporate Departments/,preparingsummarytablesofthefinaloffersandrecommendations;
* Drawingupthetermsandconditionsofagreements/purchaseorders,withthesupportoftheLegalDepartmentandContractDepartment, whilealsocoordinatingwithrequestingDepartments;
* Supportingsupplierrelations,incompliancewiththeCompany'sCodeofEthics,itsOrganization,ManagementandControlModel,pursuanttoLegislativeDecree231/2001,anditsAnti-CorruptionModel;
* SupportingRegionalSupplyChainManagersandProcurementManagers,tocreateprocurementplansfortheOperationalUnits, tomaximizeefficiencyand effectiveness;
* SupportingBiddingandStartupteamduringbiddingphase;
* Supportingreportanalysisactivitiesandidentifyingcorrectivemeasures,inagreementwiththeGlobalCommodityManagerandVendorManagement, tomanageandmitigatecriticalissuesdetectedwhilecarryingouttheprocurementprocess;
* SupportingtheCommodityteamindefiningandimplementingCommoditystrategies.
Requirements:
* 5 plus years' experienceinthesameroleinmultinationalcontexts;
* SpecialistDegreeinEngineering/Economy/BusinessManagement;
* Marketanalysisandbenchmarkingskills;
* Supplybaseselection,developmentandmanagement;
* Capableofcarryingoutprimecostdrivervalueanalyses;
* ExcellentmasteryofMSOffice,SAPMM;
