ppFor the development of our Solar Commercial Products (Segment Components) business, we are looking for a bBusiness Developer /b with proven experience in technical product testing and certification. /p pIn this key role, you will help drive growth by designing and implementing business models and concepts to develop and strengthen customer relationships and the service portfolio for testing, inspection and certification of solar and commercial electrical/electronic components. You will directly contribute to the growth of the Segment Components in Italy, working closely with laboratories, sales and management in an international environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelops/adapts business models for testing and certification services for solar components (e.g., connectors, cabling, junction boxes) and commercial products and supports the related implementation strategies. /li liIdentifies and promotes new business opportunities for laboratory services (safety, EMC, performance, energy efficiency, etc.) with OEMs, component manufacturers and system integrators. /li liDesigns and develops concepts for new or enhanced services (e.g., new test packages, certification schemes, combined testing inspection services) in close cooperation with laboratories and technical responsibilities. /li liIs responsible for organizing or carrying out market, trend, potential and competition analyses related to testing and certification services for PV and commercial components, as well as for innovative services linked to the energy transition. /li liCoordinates the definition of service specifications based on customer needs, translating technical requirements (standards, test standards) into clear and operationally feasible service offerings.
/li liIdentifies strategic partners and potential customers (manufacturers, distributors, system integrators, industry associations) for the launch and growth of new testing and certification services. /li liAligns business development activities with management and with laboratory and sales responsible, ensuring consistency with the Business Stream Products / P04 strategy. /li liSupports the integration of new services into sales activities, in close coordination with the responsible Sales (sales training, sales materials, support during technical customer visits). /li /ul h3Required Skills and Experience /h3 ul liDegree in Electrical, Electronic or a related field. /li li3-5 years of professional experience in a related field, e.g.: /li libusiness development, product management or technical sales /li litesting and certification services /li linorms and standards (e.g. IEC/EN for PV, electrical/electronic equipment, components) /li liFamiliarity with the Testing, Inspection Certification (TIC) environment is a significant advantage. photovoltaic sector / electrical and electronic components /li liFluent English (at least B2 - Upper Intermediate) /li liAvailability of travelling up to 25% of working time. /li /ul h3Nice To Have /h3 ul liExperience in Solar / Renewable Energy sector /li /ul h3Additional Skills and Competencies /h3 ul liBusiness Orientation /li liResult Orientation /li liMarket Orientation /li liImprovement Orientation /li liCooperation /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA diverse service portfolio to meet client needs. /li liA dynamic and stimulating work environment. /li liInteraction at international level based on specific qualifications. /li liPossibility to drive, together with the management and the whole team, the local strategy. /li liPerformance premio based on target achievement. /li /ul /p
