Overview In this role you drive brand communications for Adidas Football at the country level, coordinating with global and regional campaigns. You shape integrated activation plans across channels to boost brand momentum, engage fans, and support retail sell-out. You work with partners and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless consumer journey and consistent brand storytelling.
You will also optimize media mix and measure impact to deliver on brand objectives within budget. This is an opportunity to shape football narratives on a regional scale and collaborate with top sports partners.

Responsabilità Develop and execute country activation plans aligned with Euro/Global campaigns across comms, media, PR, social, digital, events.
Create and steer partner activation plans (FIGC, AS Roma, Como, Players) in line with Global BU and cross-functional teams.
Ensure consistency of Football brand image across channels and maintain brand guidelines.
Identify localization opportunities to boost visibility and partnerships across owned and earned properties.
Implement integrated media plans and consumer activations, driving upper and mid-funnel objectives.
Lead publishing strategy (PR, Partner, Digital)
and storytelling across media and adidas partners.
Manage communities and consumer engagement touchespoints; coordinate touchpoints database.
Brief and manage agencies/partners for brand initiatives ensuring consistency and execution excellence.
Contribute to seasonal cross-category brand comms plans for respective projects/areas.
Set KPIs, monitor effectiveness, and ensure plans remain on-budget and on-time.
Oversee budget management and ROI evaluation for activities.
Requisiti fondamentali 4-7 years of marketing/communication experience
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Fluent in local language preferred
Strong presentation skills
Experience in brand marketing and/or sales (sporting goods industry preferred)
Project management experience
Advanced MS Office skills
Experience managing consumer events from niche to large scale
Digital marketing initiative development and production process knowledge
Knowledge of digital success metrics along the consumer journey
Ability to collaborate with internal and external multidisciplinary groups
Strong sport industry knowledge and passion for football
Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and editorial planning across PR and social consumer-minded brand builder implementation-driven personality team collaboration digital publishing media planning and KPI tracking
