Product Development & Technology at Stellantis is a strategic function at the core of innovation, vehicle performance and technological transformation.

Through the GPS Product Development & Technology path, you will operate in environments where complex systems are designed, integrated and delivered, contributing directly to the development of current and future vehicles. You will gain exposure across key technological domains, including:

- Propulsion Systems
- Performance & Vehicle Integration
- Electrical & Electronic (E&E;) Systems

THE GPS JOURNEY – HOW THE PROGRAM IS STRUCTURED

The GPS Product Development & Technology Program follows a clear and progressive structure, designed to accelerate your growth while expanding your technical and business exposure.

Phase 1 – Local Entry & Foundations

Your journey starts with a 6‑month internship in your home country, where you will:

- work on concrete technical topics linked to systems, components or projects
- build strong foundations in engineering methods, system thinking and integration
- get onboarded into Stellantis culture,



standards and development processes

This phase allows you learn fast, understand how products and technologies are developed, and start creating value early on.

Phase 2 – International Experience

International exposure is a core pillar of the GPS Product Development & Technology Program.

The second phase consists of a 24‑month international assignment through the VIE program (Volontariat International en Entreprise), a structured initiative that enables you to work in another country while being fully integrated into Stellantis’ organization.

During this phase, you will:

- work in a different European country (or abroad)
- experience a new technological domain, project or development context
- collaborate with multicultural and cross‑functional teams
- strengthen autonomy, adaptability and a global product development mindset

This experience is designed to broaden your perspective and accelerate both professional and personal growth.

After the international experience, you return to your home country and function, where you:

- consolidate your technical and transversal skills
- take on increased responsibility within projects or systems
- prepare for your next long‑term role within Stellantis
