As the on-site leader, you will drive operational excellence, team performance, and the overall customer journey while acting as the bridge between global standards and local execution. /ph3The Role /h3pAs Branch Operations Manager, you will have full responsibility for the daily operations and performance of our Reykjavik depot. ppReporting directly to the District Manager, you will lead the local team and ensure the depot consistently delivers an outstanding customer experience while operating in a cost-effective and high-performing manner. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliOwn the end-to-end performance of the city depot across Rental and Servicing operations. /liliLead, supervise, and develop the local operational team, including shift planning, task allocation, and performance feedback. /liliBe a culture setter and lead by example.
