We are seeking a juniorExecutive Assistant(internship) to support the Office of the President and CEO at the Headquarter in Villanova d'Albenga (Savona). The role will start as an internship to potentially develop into a long-term position, with the goal of gradually taking over full responsibilities as part of a planned succession.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative and organizational support to the CEO office.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and handle reports, presentations, confidential documents and sensitive information with high attention to detail and discretion.
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support board-related and corporate governance activities.
- Draft professional correspondence in English and Italian.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Law, Literature, Languages, Communications, or similar fields.
- Fluent English and Italian (mandatory)- excellent written and spoken skills.




- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Leadership potential and confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Basic paralegal knowledge and interest in corporate/legal topics.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and high level of discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
