Role Overview:
As a member of the Direct Representatives Team, you will play a crucial role in promoting company services directly to clients, ensuring seamless activation and ongoing support for E-commerce merchants.
Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Business Development
- Present Viva.com’s omnichannel payment solutions to clients, providing clear information and guidance on implementation;
- Visit clients’ premises and engage digitally to support both physical and online merchant needs;
- Travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
Onboarding & Integration
- Assist merchants with verification and activation processes (KYC);
- Scoping & Support merchants in integrating our e-commerce solutions (plugin / APIs / marketplace / Gateways or Checkout tools) ;
Portfolio Management
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance;
- Support existing merchants in maintaining active & consistent usage of the solutions;
- Escalate issues by opening cases for problems beyond their resolution scope;
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the merchant experience both digitally and in-store;
- 2+ years of experience in business development within a fast-paced environment preferably a financial services institution;
- 2+ years of experience in E-Commerce experience in the payment sector;
- Understanding of financial products / services features is an advantages;
- Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems;
- Outstanding negotiation skills with key stakeholders, including C-Level, payment operators, and strategic partners.Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Resiliency and the ability to handle objections;
- The ability to deal with a diverse client base (industries & company sizes);
- Computer literacy & tech mindset;
- Fluent in English & Italian.
