Overview In this role you accelerate clinical trial start-up by negotiating site agreements and ensuring compliance with sponsor requirements and local regulations. You partner with investigative sites, sponsors, legal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to meet contracts and timelines. and proposal documents Prepare and negotiate contract terms, payment schedules, and budget templates Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and regional start-up teams to achieve project goals Provide contract-related guidance on operational and financial matters to study teams Gather and share contract and market information to support study planning and decision-making Monitor contract activities to meet timelines, milestones, and financial goals Bachelor's degree or equivalent ~3–5 years of experience in clinical research contract management or similar role ~ Familiarity with clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and contract lifecycle management ~ Contract management ~ Contract lifecycle management
