The Application

Specialist supports business development within their area of application expertise by analyzing market trends and customer needs. Use the CRM to extract data related to key accounts within the assigned industry sector. Conduct market and trend research (AI, web, LinkedIn, etc.).

Demonstrate the ability and willingness to perform cold calling activities in order to engage with new accounts and identify new contacts. Analyze the industrial processes of customers within the relevant application sector. Interview key accounts and opinion leaders, and visit customers while building relationships and networking with industry stakeholders.

Identify the Anton Paar solutions that best meet customer needs, including integrated solutions where appropriate. Promote scientific knowledge and awareness of industrial applications (e.g., Drive the generation of new leads to support cross-selling activities within the specific industry sector. Master’s degree or higher in a relevant scientific or engineering field.

Aerospace

Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. Preferred 1-3 years of experience in the industry, with knowledge of the dynamics of the defense, aerospace,

and/or public safety sectors; English proficiency at B2 level. Strong public speaking skills, demonstrating confidence and effectiveness in presentations, industry events, and interactions with key stakeholders.

Strong aptitude for building and maintaining long‑term relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. Ability to work on strategic projects aimed at business development and continuous growth, thriving in dynamic and evolving environments. Italian Commerce Collective Labour

Agreement (CCNL Commercio). The expected gross annual salary range for this position is €25,000 - €35,000.
