Overview In this role you will plan, manage and execute all Test & Commissioning activities for rail projects, ensuring alignment with project strategy and QCD commitments. You will lead the T&C; team on site for complex projects and collaborate with V&V; to define the strategy for lab and field. You will ensure timely, safe delivery while coordinating interfaces with engineering, installation, and external partners, contributing to a zero-deviation EHS culture and robust system delivery.

Responsabilità
- Plan and manage T&C; activities for projects and ensure QCD adherence
- Lead and develop the T&C; team on field for complex projects
- Collaborate with V&V; to define field and lab verification strategy
- Deliver T&C; plans, procedures, method statements, and coordinate staffing and training
- Prepare and manage field T&C; works including materials, tools, and logistics
- Ensure EHS compliance and proactive issue reporting
- Manage interfaces with Project Engineering, Industrial,



Warranty, Partners, Third Parties, and Customers
- Report progress, risks, and issues to RC TCM and PM; issue REX on T&C; activities
- Monitor and drive T&C; performance, and suggest process/tool improvements
- Report design-related issues with context and maintain the T&C; Reference Library

Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in Test & Commissioning within rail projects
- Ability to manage field teams and coordinate across multiple interfaces
- Knowledge of EHS standards and zero deviation approach
- Capability to plan, document, and train on T&C; processes
- Experience with issue/risk management and progress reporting
- Familiarity with REX and test management tools
- Calibrations of tools and equipment management
- Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
