We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist for the e-commerce sector to join our Digital Marketing & Media team, which currently consists of about 40 people. You will primarily be responsible for managing full-funnel online advertising projects for international clients in the fashion, luxury, sports, beauty, design, jewelry, and consumer electronics industries. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Project Management: managing Digital Marketing projects and coordinating stakeholders to maximize e-commerce results, focusing on both pure performance and upper-funnel activities; Digital Marketing Operations: carrying out operational activities for assigned projects (launching campaign flights, scheduling activities, managing dependencies among project players) on major digital advertising platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.; Monitoring: studying and verifying project performance (via Google Analytics, etc.), analyzing and monitoring project budget spending; Reporting: producing reports and analyzing project results using reporting and BI tools. SKILLS:
At least 1 year of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist in an agency or in-house for an e-commerce company; Passion for Digital and the e-commerce world; Good knowledge of English (if you join the team,



you will be involved in international projects with foreign clients); Ability to perform analyses and create presentations; Good knowledge of Excel; Good knowledge of Google Analytics; Good knowledge of main Digital Advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, Criteo, etc.; Reporting experience with Looker Studio; High organizational and interpersonal skills, strong aptitude for managing multiple projects simultaneously. NICE TO HAVE: Knowledge of the main Google Marketing Platform advertising tools (CM360, SA360, DV360); Knowledge of CDP/CRM platforms; Strong focus on performance (analyzing numbers and results); Experience with e-commerce projects, preferably on Shopify, Magento, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud platforms; Experience in project management and the use of PM software. TIMING: The selection process will take approximately 4 weeks. OUR OFFICE: Padua center, with the possibility of working at home for part of the week. COMPENSATION PACKAGE: Apprenticeship or permanent contract; National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Commerce/Tertiary sector (5th/4th level);
