This research project aims to identify novel druggable molecular targets to advance differentiation therapy strategies for glioblastoma (GBM).

By inducing terminal differentiation of glioma stem cells (GSCs) and converting stem-like cells into non-stem states sensitive to conventional treatments, this project aims to reduce tumor intrinsic dynamic plasticity and achieve effective GBM eradication.
